Who am I?? A former Fat Girl turned NPC Figure Competitor, living in South Carolina with my amazing bodybuilding husband and track running step-son. In the past year I have lost 50+ pounds and counting. This year I competed in my first figure competition and blogged my way through it! In losing the weight I have gained over so many years I found something. I found who I was and who I wanted to be. So now, I want to encourage others to find that to, and if they find a piece of it here, then that makes my journey that much better.....
